Turning the Appliance On and Off The function selector turns the appliance on and off. As soon as it is turned to a position other than zero, the appliance is on. To turn the appliance off, always turn the function selector to the zero position.
Setting the Heating Type and Temperature With the function and temperature selector, you can easily make all the settings for the appliance.
Heating Control While the appliance is heating, the / symbol appears on the display. When preheating, the best time to place the food in the oven is when the / symbol goes out for the first time.
Rapid heating With rapid heating, you can reduce the heating time. Use rapid heating only for set temperatures above 100°C. To achieve even cooking results, place the food in the oven only after the rapid heating phase has finished.
